Writing!

This was our last month of Youth Music funding therefore, we concentrated on writing our final report to Youth Music for the last 18 months of work.

Janice Benson (Management Wizard) came in as our External Evaluator and completed a set of questions with all the answers coming from our Young People.  This was a chance for us to find out what people thought of Boom Dang and Ting Tang and for the young people to express what they liked our disliked or would like to change.

Janice compiled a concise Final Report that we submitted to Youth Music.  This report documented our work for the past 18 months.

In this month, we also wrote countless funding bids to various organisations, with a view that when our Youth Music money ran out at the end of the month, we could still continue our sessions with the bridging funds that would take us up to October, when our next round would begin.
