In May we wrote our funding bid to Youth Music for new work that we wished to do in the next 18 months.

The month of May also saw the summer season begin, with gigs and performances all over the worl……..county!  This season was especially hard as we were competing with the football world cup!  Luckily we only experienced one gig, that not one person came to!  It was on the same day as an England game, and really no-one was there!

The season was a fabulous road trip.  We had fun - loading the van, driving to sunny climes, fantastic performances to huge crowds, played lots of ball games on site in between sets, and generally wowed audiences where-ever we went!

In July, found out that we were successful in our bid for funding to Youth Music for the next 18 months!  Fantastic!
